DNULighting Worksheets
Lighting inventory worksheet instructions
The lighting inventory worksheet (available January 2, 2018) is required for all lighting projects and must accompany the lighting rebate application. Input cells are shaded and other fields are either locked or will be automatically populated.
Follow the steps below:
- Enter project information in the general project information section at the top of the
inputs tab. Note: “Location” is automatically populated based on your ZIP code and will be mapped to a predetermined New York weather location. - Enter the requested information in the required application information section of the inputs tab. You must enter the information for existing equipment and the new equipment. Enter only one existing/proposed fixture combination per row. Use multiple rows for rooms with more than one existing/proposed fixture combination.
Note: "Measure Code" refers the “Code” identified on pages 2, 3 and 4 of the lighting rebate application. Measure codes are also listed on the measure code reference tab.
Note: "Fixture Code" and "Device (Controls) Codes" are found on the wattage table tab. - To assist you in completing the lighting rebate application, quantities for each measure code are totaled for you on the measure code reference tab.
- Once you have entered all the information in the lighting inventory worksheet, save the file with a project name to match the customer information/company name on the lighting rebate application and the date (DD-MM-YY).
Example: Joes Pizza Place 24-02-16.xls - Email your renamed lighting inventory worksheet file and the completed lighting rebate application to cienergysavings@franklinenergy.com.
- If your lighting project requires more than 200 existing/proposed/room fixture combinations, request the expanded lighting inventory worksheet by emailing cienergysavings@franklinenergy.com.
