We monitor this site Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

DO NOT report electric outages or natural gas emergencies on this Facebook page. If you are a RG&E customer, you can report electric outages 24/7 at www.RGE.com or call 800.743.1701. You can report natural gas emergencies 24/7 by calling 800.743.1701.

RG&E appreciates your comments. Visitors are welcome to post relevant views and opinions limited to the subject matter of the page.
