With Autopay (electronic funds transfer), RG&E will deduct your amount due from your checking account 23 days after we mail your bill. To enroll, submit this form or complete the form on the back of your RG&E bill payment stub. Once enrolled, your bill will display the date your payment will be deducted and your bill payment stub will display "AUTOPAY" in the "Amount Paid" box .

Please note: If you have already scheduled recurring online payments through's eBill service or another online billing provider, be sure to cancel that recurring payment option to avoid duplicate monthly payments with Autopay.

If you also want paper-free billing, enroll in RG&E’s eBill and just use our eBill to view your bill, energy use and payments.

I also understand that I may discontinue participation in the Autopay service at any time by informing RG&E of my intentions in writing to RG&E or by using the address listed on the back of my RG&E bill. Please allow seven days for processing. Once your Autopay account is set up, the payment stub of your RG&E bill will display “AUTOPAY” in the amount due box and we will no longer include a return envelope with your bill (if you receive a paper bill).
