Commercial & Industrial Rebate Program
Energy Efficiency program activities are in the process of being resumed after temporary suspensions due to COVID-19. Prior to resuming program activities, our program implementers are required to review and adhere to all New York State Safe Return to Work guidelines.
We appreciate your patience as we safely resume program activity.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our program delivers energy efficiency options in two key ways:
- Prescriptive rebates for a broad range of specific predetermined measures.
- Custom rebates for projects that require site-specific assessments and are not eligible for any prescriptive rebates.
We now provide new construction rebates for customers who design and construct their facilities with energy-efficient equipment. Rebates can be pursued through either a Prescriptive or Custom application depending on the measure(s) installed. The incentive catalogs indicate which prescriptive measures are eligible for new construction.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
Our program is open to RG&E nonresidential commercial, industrial and institutional customers and municipalities who pay an electricity and/or natural gas System Benefits Charge (SBC) on their utility bills. Find more eligibility information.
